Center for Applied Research and Development (CARD) in collaboration with Asia eHealth Information Network (AeHIN) is organizing a datathon on Jun 3-5 2022 for young digital health advocates to study the open-source Insurance Management Information System (openIMIS) data model and the Thai Diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) -compliant 12-table system. The participants will compare both databases and come up with a gap analysis between those two systems.

An open call was made through this website for interested IT students and medical experts. There was an overwhelming no of registrations from different Campuses under IOE  in collaboration with medical domain students or experts from TU, KU, the Nepalese Army, and others.

An orientation and interaction session was held at the ICTC premises, Pulchowk campus on Jun 3rd between 12:00- 3:00 pm for interaction between participants and organisers.
